Well, she has consistently been private about her personal life. But recently, Shraddha was spotted with her rumoured boyfriend and writer Rahul Mody at Anant Ambani-Radhika Merchant’s Pre-Wedding Festivities. In no time the video went viral as she was spotted with him for the first time.
For quite some time, rumours were going on that Shraddha was in a relationship with Rahul but they have never accepted in public. In the video, shared by Viral Bhayani, Shraddha was seen with her rumoured boyfriend Rahul. Hindustan Times mentioned in its report that the couple was first spotted heading out for a dinner date in 2023. A source told Hindustan Times that they were ‘shocked’ at being photographed together. “They both are very private, and Shraddha has always kept her personal life out of the limelight. She didn’t confirm her relationship with Rohan Shrestha as well. That’s how she wants it to be with Mody as well. They want to have a private affair, and not fret about going public with the relationship”, the source said.
Who is Rahul Mody?
Rahul is writer and is known for films such Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. Rahul is from Mumbai and pursued his studies at the Whistling Woods International Institute. He started as an intern on the sets of Luv Ranjan’s 2011 movie Pyaar Ka Punchnama and eventually took on the role of associate director.
When it started?
It is reported that Shraddha and Rahul Mody started dating on the film set.
On the work front, Shraddha Kapoor was supposed to headline a trilogy based on a ‘naagin’. However, that film has been shelved. She recently revealed that her upcoming projects will be based on time travel and mythology.
She told her fans in an interaction, “Toh dekho abhi, Stree 2 hai. Aur 2-3 filme abhi develop ho rahi hai aur both interesting zone me hai. Aur mai chahti hu ki mai jo bhi kaam karu vo mai sabse best karu. Zyada kuch nahi batana chahungi aap sab ko lekin, jo filme develop bhi ho rahi hai vo ek hai mythological zone se adapted kuch ho raha hai aur ek time travel ke zone me hai. So, these are coming up. Hopefully, aap sab excited honge aur, of course, Stree 2 aa rahi hai. (Now, Stree 2 is coming. There are 2-3 more films that are being developed right now. I want to be the best at whatever I do. I won’t tell you much except that one film is adapted from the mythological zone, and the other is in the time travel zone).”
Shraddha will be next seen in director Amar Kaushik’s highly anticipated comedy horror film, Stree 2, alongside Pankaj Tripathi and Rajkumar Rao.
