Nayanthara Shares FIRST Post Since Vignesh Shivan ‘Unfollowing’ Fiasco, Showers Him With Love

Nayanthara shared her first Instagram post on her Instagram Stories days after she unfollowed and re-followed Vignesh Shivan on Instagram. Over the weekend, Nayanthara grabbed eyeballs after fans noticed that she unfollowed her husband on the social media platform. Many worried if something was wrong between them. However, Nayanthara followed him back quickly. Following the social media move, Nayanthara took to her Stories and shared a video in which the couple was sharing an intimate memory from their first wedding anniversary.

In the video, Nayanthara and Vignesh were seen enjoying flautist Navin’s performance on Maruvaarthai from Enai Noki Paayum Thota as a gift for the couple’s anniversary. The video was originally shared by Navin on his Instagram account before Nayanthara reposted it on her stories. She shared the video along with a heart gif. She tagged Vignesh and sent her love to him.

Nayanthara reportedly ‘unfollowed’ Vignesh Shivan on Instagram over the weekend, according to a Reddit post. Nayanthara had also shared a cryptic post on her Instagram Story which has left her fans wondering if all is well between her and Vignesh. “She’s gonna forever say ‘I got this’ even with tears in her eyes,” read Nayanthara’s story.

However, a source close to the couple said that Nayanthara and Vignesh are “going strong” and are “cherishing every moment” with their twin children. Speaking with Hindustan Times, the insider said, “Contrary to the reports, the couple is not going through a tough time. Instead, they are going strong, and enjoying as well as cherishing every moment spent with their kids — Uyir and Ulagam, who have brought them closer in so many ways.”

Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan tied the knot on June 9, 2022. They had an intimate wedding ceremony in Mahabalipuram, outside of Chennai. Several stars including Rajinikanth, Shah Rukh Khan, Ajith Kumar and Vijay Sethupathi attended their wedding. The couple welcomed their twin sons via surrogacy in October 2022.
